Race, Class and Gender and the Chaos in the Senate

Originally a JFREJ workshop on how New York looks after the first year in 50 years that the State Senate and Assembly are both led by Democrats, now we will also focus on the recent developments in the State Senate as well. How were racism, classism, sexism and other oppressions addressed?  We will mostly look at these questions through the lens of JFREJ's two campaigns - domestic workers' justice and housing justice.
