Join Jews for Racial & Economic Justice and our Caring Majority campaign on Tuesday, Sept. 5th, 6:30pm at the JCC on the Upper West Side to watch CARE, a groundbreaking documentary about care and care work. We'll learn how to join and take action with our intersectional and powerful movement of seniors, people with disabilities, family caregivers, domestic workers, and home care workers fighting to make home care affordable to all who need it and create quality long-term care jobs. While community-based long-term care becomes the fastest growing sector of healthcare, we must act quickly to change the way we care for our loved ones. All of us deserve the care we need to live full and healthy lives, and all should have the freedom to make the care choices that work best for our families. We believe our communities are strongest when they are interdependent and intergenerational -- we are the Caring Majority.
Location: JCC, 7th Floor Beit Midrash; 334 Amsterdam Ave, New York, NY 10023.
