In response to the recent increase in antisemitic, anti-Asian, and Islamophobic hate violence, JFREJ's The Jewish Vote and Freedom to Thrive campaigns are organizing community safety canvasses to speak with impacted communities about what public safety looks and feels like, and to share information about bystander intervention. Partner organizations in the NYC Against Hate coalition, as well as local political leaders, will join each canvass.
