Join us for a festive Sukkot gathering under the JCC Harlem sukkah (festival hut), open to all. We will enjoy a light kosher pizza dinner, connect as neighbors, and learn how we can support home care workers in our communities.

Sukkot is a holiday of gratitude for the shelter we have and the care we give, and we will celebrate the home care workers in our community. We will hear from Hand-in-Hand, which empowers employers to stand up for the rights of home care workers, from the NYC Commission on Human Rights, which protects the legal rights of home care workers, and from home care workers themselves.

Free childcare and informal Spanish<->English interpretation will be provided.

Good weather location: outdoors sukkah in JCC Harlem courtyard.
Rain location:
indoors inside the JCC Harlem. If we are indoors, participants will be expected to wear masks. Extra masks will be provided, free of charge.
