We will spend our time together diving deep into JFREJ’s electoral arm - The Jewish Vote - and map out strategy for the next couple important election cycles, while discussing the impact of the current Israel-Gaza war on our local NY political landscape.
Then, we’ll use a consensus-building process to ratify this strategy. Please note: only dues-paying members of JFREJ will be able to participate in this decision-making process! But you’ll have an opportunity to become a member at the event if you’d like 🙂
Finally - we’ll join together in some healing ritual, prayer, and song, acknowledging that this is the first time our whole JFREJ community is coming together in the wake of the devastating escalation of violence in Israel-Palestine.
This event will be a physical gathering. Please join us on-site if you are able to! We will require (and provide) high-quality masks during the event, and encourage you to take a rapid covid test beforehand. We will also have some rapid tests on-hand.
For those unable to attend the physical gathering, we will also have a virtual option available.
