Mayor Adams is recklessly undermining and dismantling New York City’s Right to Shelter policy, saying it doesn’t apply to immigrants, and evicting new New Yorkers from shelters and forcing them to re-apply. His policies are all about cruelty and chaos, when our city urgently needs care.
