The last two weeks have been a case study in cruelty, dehumanization, division, and corruption. There is meaning to make, and collective action to take. But, to do those well, we have to find our own center. We have to be able to breathe to think. When we are connected and feeling, we find the courage we need to be more powerful and to keep going.
